How to start

  2. Ask the provider about the care you need, its intake process, cost and insurance.
  3. Ask what support is available while you wait for an appointment.

What to bring

Ask the program for its intake list. Have insurance details and a medication list ready if you have them. Do not assume every facility allows the same belongings.
